Shipping policy
Free standard shipping when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges. To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount indicated. Offer is not valid on gift card orders and other exclusions may apply. Offer is good for standard shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping and return shipping. We deliver to US postal addresses, P.O boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses, Shipping surcharges will apply to international/US territory addresses. TW reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.


Standard Return Policy
Is the item you received not exactly what you had in mind? Not a problem.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Please  take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get New Arrivals EVERY DAY and know you will find something you love! 

Returns Are Absolutely Free When You Return In-Store 
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, don’t hesitate to return it within 30 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the packing slip. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order is your receipt.

Before placing your return, check if your item is eligible for return, as some items may be final sale or subject to additional return restrictions. You can find this information on your receipt.  (This information also appears on the product description page, so you may review it before making your purchase.) Also, be sure to review the specific terms for your preferred method of return (either by mail or in store).


Returning By Mail
Returns by mail are accepted if they arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of your order date. Simply package up your unwanted merchandise, address the package to TandyWear 6037 Jericho Tpke Commack NY, 11725 and send your package using any courier service of your choice. (We DO NOT cover the cost of shipping) Be sure to include your receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email) in your package. Returns that arrive at the warehouse more than 30 days after the original order will be returned to sender. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, please bring your online purchase to our Commack NY TandyWear store within 15 days of your order date. 


Returning In-Store
In store returns, which are also subject to the above restrictions, are accepted within 15 days of your order date. If your purchase is eligible for an in store return, bring your item(s) and your receipt to our Commack NY TandyWear location.
Your signature is required for any in store return. For returns without a receipt, we will only issue you store credit for the lowest selling price.  


Refunds
All returns will receive a merchandise credit.

Returns

  • With a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email you will receive a merchandise credit.
  • With a gift receipt will receive a merchandise credit.
  • Without a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email will receive a merchandise credit.
  • Purchased with PayPal and returned in-store will receive a merchandise credit. Returns purchased with PayPal and returned by mail will receive a charge credit.
  • Purchased partly or entirely with a TandyWear Gift Card will receive a merchandise credit when they are returned.
  • Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.


Merchandise Credit Processing Time

  • For returns by mail, you will receive an email with a merchandise credit within 1 - 4 business days after we've received your return. 
  • For returns in store a merchandise credit will be issued immediately upon return of the item.


PayPal Returns

  • In Store: Purchases made with PayPal and that are returned to our TandyWear Commack location will receive any refund in the form of a merchandise credit.
  • By Mail: Purchases made with PayPal that are returned by mail will receive charge credit.


Exceptions & Special Instructions

  • Returns received (1) more than 30 days after your order date, (2) without a receipt or (3) with a gift receipt will receive a merchandise credit. This credit is redeemable online or in store at TandyWear Commack, NY
  • Merchandise bought in store cannot be returned online
  • Merchandise that is used or worn will not be accepted for refund or merchandise credit.
  • Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
  • Other restrictions may apply


Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges
Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.


Standard Return Policy For Items Purchased In-Store
Our customers are our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Returns with receipts over 7 days or without a receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange. In store jewelry purchases are final sale. Merchandise that is used or worn will not be eligible for return or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
